Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. To start a return, please contact us at art-store-sales@proton.me or through eBay's return process.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items (such as custom resin charms and personalized pieces) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
